Silver Package $50.00 per hour

(Minimum 15 hours)

3 hours – Informational meeting

2 hours – Rehearsal

10 hours of wedding day & reception planning services

Any additional hours requested are billed per hour accordingly

Gold $1100

3 hours – Informational meeting

2 hours – Rehearsal

20 hours of wedding planning services includes, but not limited to the following:

*Selection and coordination of vendor activity & payment/tips

*Ceremony/reception details

*Guest relations [outside activities, group reservations, etc]

*Delivery coordination of gifts to designee of bride & groom

48 hours of around-the-clock access to Wedding coordinators prior to the wedding ceremony to include,

but not limited to:

* Last minute Directions

* Guest assistance

*Coordination of any last minute program changes

*Wedding Errands

*Wedding-related Deliveries

Platinum $1800

3 hours – Informational meeting

2 hours – Rehearsal

40 hours of wedding planning services includes, but not limited to the following:

*Coordinate tastings

* Selection and coordination of vendor activity & payment/tips

* Ceremony/reception details

* Guest relations [outside activities, group reservations, etc]

* Coordinate wedding announcement submissions

*Coordination of Tuxedo rental return

72 hours of around-the-clock access to Wedding coordinators prior to the wedding ceremony to include,

but not limited to:

*Last minute Directions

*Guest assistance

*Coordination of any last minute program changes

*Wedding Errands

*Wedding-related Deliveries

*Collection of incidentals: Cake Cutters, toasting glasses, first slice of wedding cake etc.

*Gifts and incidentals delivered to the home/destination of the bride & groom
